Korean Restaurant in Melbourne CBD
Rōnin sits at 445 Little Collins St, five minutes on foot from Southern Cross and Flagstaff stations. It is a Korean restaurant, but not a bibimbap-and-barbecue one: the whole room is a ten-seat chef’s counter.
What that counter serves is explained on our omakase guide.
One Set, Chef-Led
There is no menu and no a la carte. The chef sends about ten Korean-rooted courses, one at a time, built on the day’s produce. The soft-launch price is A$195 per guest.
Timing, dietaries and booking rules are in the FAQ.
Seoul-Trained
Chef Liam Lee trained at Gyungbokgung Hanjungsik in Seoul and cooked at Nomad, Firebird and Studio Amaro, and has led the kitchen at Rōnin since 2023.
