Degustation in Melbourne
Degustation means a long sequence of small, deliberate courses. At Rōnin the sequence is omakase: the chef chooses each course from the day’s produce, so no two nights are identical.
The full explainer sits on our omakase guide.
Korean, About Ten Courses
Roughly ten courses over about two hours, rooted in Korean fermentation, jang and charcoal, finished with Australian seasonal produce. A$195 per guest at the soft-launch price.
